The SXSW Audience Award-winning studio executive produces “How to Build A Truth Engine”, the Austrian feature doc by Friedrich Moser.
April 8, 2024 – The award-winning film production company SideXSide Studios has joined “How To Build A Truth Engine,” with co-founders Jamie Coughlin Silverman and Gabriel Silverman serving as executive producers. The Austrian feature length documentary made its world premiere at SXSW 2024.
SideXSide joins an esteemed list of partners for the Friedrich Moser-directed film, including George Clooney’s Smokehouse Pictures and SIE Films. The film marks the first original project for the studio since opening its Austrian production hub in Vienna earlier this year.
“How To Build A Truth Engine”, portrays a crack-team of investigators from the fields of technology, journalism, folklore and neuroscience who show that if you hack the information feed, you hack people’s minds. Following their personal journeys, they take us from the information battlefields into the inner workings of the human brain and show how – through us – a web of lies can change reality.
