Hilton | Values Series

Summary

Hilton’s founder Conrad Hilton often said: if we do things right, we should leave the world in a better way than when we entered it. The following stories from all over the world highlight Hilton’s values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, and ownership, every single day. All of these stories showcase how when a need arises, Hilton is there to answer the call.

For each of these videos, Hilton had pre-identified the stories they wanted to tell, two of which had taken place in the past. Our director decided how best to tell each story visually with a mix of archival, self-filmed footage, interviews, and recreation. We sourced local crews in each location and remote directed the shoots.

BIRMINGHAM/UK VIDEO

When General Manager Nicola Underhill received an email from guests describing the origins of their love story in her very own hotel, she knew she was reading something special. The couple was about to return to the hotel to celebrate their 20th anniversary, and Nicola and her team went above and beyond to honor the pair. They made a special dinner for the couple and recreated the cocktails they had the night they shared their first kiss at the hotel.

Synopsis Below:

Originally from Fiji, Hilton Team Members Ravi and Doreen recognized how many people were struggling during the pandemic and wanted to do everything they could to make their lives a little easier. They supported fellow Team Members who had been furloughed or laid off during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic and started a community charity for underserved students in an extremely remote area.

LEGO // FRANKFURT VIDEO

Tobias, a Team Member at Hilton for over a decade, is a self-described “Lego Fanatic.” He spent his childhood and adult life collecting and building them. When the Ukraine war broke out and Ukrainian refugees began to flee their homes, some families were temporarily housed at the Hilton Frankfurt City Centre where Tobias works. Tobias knew he had the pieces to make the hotel more welcoming for the children passing through.
